Expat Renov8 offers a range of home renovation services, including but not limited to kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, full home renovations, custom carpentry, roofing, plastering, painting, electrical installations, flooring, and window installations. Our services are provided to clients across the Netherlands, subject to availability.

2. Booking and Quotations

To book our services, clients must contact us via the website, email, or phone. We will provide a quotation based on the specific project details. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of the quotation is deemed as acceptance of these terms.

3. Payments

Payments for services provided by Expat Renov8 must be made in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the contract or quotation. We may require an upfront deposit before commencing work. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in delays or termination of the project.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a booked service with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed based on the stage of work completed and any incurred expenses.

5. Liability

Expat Renov8 will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We will only be responsible for damages or losses directly caused by our negligence or failure to meet the terms of the contract.

6. Warranty

All renovation work carried out by Expat Renov8 is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion. The warranty covers workmanship and materials provided by us, excluding any third-party products or materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and ensuring access to the property for work to be completed. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges or changes to the project schedule.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by Expat Renov8 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Expat Renov8 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website.
